I'm Sean, a certified personal trainer with 8 years of dedicated gym experience — long before I made it official. My main focus? Strength and hypertrophy training for people who want real, measurable results — not quick fixes.

I got into Personal Training because I saw my own transformation over the 8 years I trained - not just physically, but mentally too; from embodying every bad habit you can think of at the age of 18 to being the strongest, most aligned version of myself by 26, I have experienced plenty of the highs and the lows in life.

And it was in this realisation that I then thought "If I was able to dig myself out of this hole I created at 18, then I want to show other people that they can do the same!"
